Why can't I Iog in?
There might be one of these reasons why you can't log in.
- You have forgotten your password. Click forgot password to reset.
- Make sure you use your email and password when logging in (not your nick name)
- You haven't received your confirmation email, check your spam box or try register again
Can I share my look with my friends?
Sure. Start by saving it by clicking SAVE in the bottom right corner of the image. After it's saved you can send, save and share it any way you like!
How do I delete a look?
Go to MY PAGE, under each look you will find a REMOVE LOOK link.
I’m having problems saving my looks, what should I do?
If your look hasn’t been saved in 3 minutes, try refreshing the page (F5). This way your look should be restored and you can try again. We’re aware of this problem and working hard to get it fixed. As we’re growing constantly all over the world, it’s hard to keep up with the increasing pressure on our servers. But a major fix is on it’s way.

Most often a user who receives an Look of the day award has not only made one look we love, but 50 or hundreds.
Who chooses the nominees for the styling competitions?
Same as look of the day – the Looklet Fashion Team.
How do I get nominated for the styling competition?
We choose the nominees based on our styling hint. Also we always nominate the first entry of the competition, just for kicks.
Do you know the winners/nominees of the styling competitions?
No. We’re not allowed to choose a user within our friend- and family circle to get nominated.
Why do I need to put my dress/shoe size in for the competition?
You don’t need to put it in but it makes it easier for us to place an order for the item once you’ve won. This means we’re able to ship the price to you a lot faster.
Can I make a suggestion regarding items on the site?
Of course! We’re open to any suggestion and we love to hear your point of view. Check the contact page for information.
I represent a brand or designer, how do we get our clothes on Looklet?

Where did the different faces for each model go?
Models now work the same way as clothes. You can vary the facial expression by clicking the face of the model.
Where can I buy this skirt/top/bag i found on Looklet?
Frankly, we don't know. To go to a designers website, click INFO on an item. There you’re able to see designer’s website and, if it’s a vintage item, which store it’s borrowed from. Looklet cannot ensure that items are still purchable.
What does NEW mean?
All items that has been added to Looklet during the last week is marked with NEW.

How does Looklet.com handle my e-mail?
We never share e-mails with anyone.
How does Looklet.com handle my password?
No passwords are stored as plain text. All passwords are encrypted and salted.

How do I make friends?
To become friends with someone, you need to FOLLOW the user. You follow by pressing the FOLLOW button (situated next to the heart on every user page) while logged in to Looklet. This makes you a follower, to become friends the followed user needs to follow you back - making you friends.
